Roadmap
We are raising $450,000 for 15% at a $3M post-money valuation. This will allow us to immediately set up the operational team, build the partner network, and reach the metrics needed for the Seed round within 8–12 months.

Phase 0. Pre-seed ($450,000 for 15%)

  • Opening MotoMoto LTD
  • Closing the round
  • Appointment of directors, share issuance, SHA
  • Hiring: CEO, COO, Dev Team, Partnerships Manager, Community

📍Phase 1. Platform Preparation
📅 October–November 2025

  • Launch of club packages (one-time fees via Stripe)
  • Production of the first club cards and merch
  • Onboarding the first 25–30 partners (bars, cafés, gas stations)
  • Development of the MotoMoto Deals section in the app
  • Launch of CRM/Support structure


  • 🟡 MRR: ~$5–10k (initial subscriptions + partner deals)

📍Phase 2. Subscriptions & Partnerships
📅 December 2025 – February 2026

  • Launch of the MotoMoto Club subscription model:
  • → $15–20 per month / $150 per year
  • → Acquisition of 1000+ paying members
  • Scaling the partner network (100+ locations)
  • Commercial partnerships: spare parts, gear, services
  • First offline MotoMoto meetup (Bar / London / Berlin)


  • 🟡 MRR: ~$25–30k

📍Phase 3. Seed Round Preparation
📅 March–September 2026

  • MotoMoto Club Deals operating across Europe
  • Subscribers: 2,500–3,000
  • Active partners: 300+
  • Infrastructure in UK/EU


Pre-seed Goals:

  • Build a revenue model based on subscriptions + partnerships
  • Prove that bikers are willing to pay
  • Demonstrate ability to scale the club regionally
  • Reach Seed stage with strong traction + a solid team


🟢 MRR ≥ $50,000

  • Preparation of materials for Seed ($1M–$2M)
  • Early interest from funds
